Do I need to get any vaccinations before coming out to the Philippines?
It is sensible to get a few vaccinations / check if you already have these vaccinations before coming to the Philippines. These are:
- TdaP vaccine – includes tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (whooping cough)
- Typhoid vaccine
- Hepatitis B
- Rabies (not required but recommended)
It’s also good to have an up to date COVID-19 and Flu vaccine
Otherwise, vaccinations can be obtained in the Philippines though to ensure full safety, it is best to do them in your home country.
